| L Sealing is a process used when total product enclosure is required. Norpak Packaging offers a range of L seal systems, with or without shrink tunnels, to give a variety of pack finishes. Wide ranges of products are suitable for L sealing and dependent on the reasons for totally enclosing; different centre folded films are used to achieve the required results. |

Large, heavy products that require wrapping for dust proof purposes generally require heavy-duty polyethylene. This range of products may or may not benefit from shrinking. Norpak Packaging supplies a range of standard and bespoke systems to meet this requirement.
Small items, which require presentation wrapping ie shelf ready products, can be wrapped in either PVC or food Polyolefin's. These types of film are used for their high clarity finish therefore products such as board games, cosmetics, cheeses or stationary are ideal. Nearly always used in conjunction with a shrink tunnel, the high shrink qualities of the film allow a high quality wrap to irregular shaped products.
Bakery polypropylene is used on an L Sealer, when packing items such as morning goods and teacakes etc. This food grade material is ideally run on small, manual systems, even at point of sale operations in small bakeries.
